DELIVERY
- We offer free international shipping to the majority of the countries. Please note that we are unable to deliver to the countries not covered by Japan Post service.
- We process orders within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Estimated delivery time (excluding porcessing time) is: 1-3 weeks
- Please note that these are only estimated times, and delivery may take longer due to the delivery company delays and other unexpected events affecting world transport, e.g., natural disasters, international conflicts, etc. We will not be responsible for any delays caused by such events.
- Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. DressYourColor is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
- Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We also ask you to provide your PHONE NUMBER so your local post office can contact you in case there are any problems. This my greatly shorten your delivery time. (DressYourColor will never use your phone number to contact you directly - it is only provided to the courier for the delivery purposes.) We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide.
- Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.
- When your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
- If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
- We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery.
- The item MUST be unused and in its original condition, with all the tags still attached and in its original packaging. Shipping costs of the return will be covered by the buyer.
- We will refund the full order amount AFTER receiving the item in its original state.
- If your order arrives damaged in any way, please e-mail us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
