  • We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery.
  • The item MUST be unused and in its original condition, with all the tags still attached and in its original packaging. Shipping costs of the return will be covered by the buyer.
  • We will refund the full order amount AFTER receiving the item in its original state.
  • If your order arrives damaged in any way, please e-mail us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
